Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your artwork. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

Because every piece is made to order, a production fee of US$50–$75 is deducted from eligible returns. Contact us before returning your order so we can confirm eligibility, the applicable fee and the next steps.

If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll handle the claim with the carrier and send a complimentary replacement as quickly as possible.
